MPower begins

Ananya Birla co-founded MPower, focused on awareness, education, holistic care and reducing mental-health stigma.

2020

24×7 helpline

During COVID-19, MPower partnered with the Government of Maharashtra and BMC on a free 24×7 mental-health helpline.

2020

Foundation launched

The Ananya Birla Foundation was launched during the pandemic to support people facing mental-health and social challenges.

2024–25

School mental wellbeing

The Foundation worked with partners including IHBAS and the Delhi government on school-level mental wellbeing initiatives.
